If a product is received damaged, please take pictures of the box and the product right away before requesting a refund or replacement. Damaged items need to be addressed right away and only have a few days to report from the delivery date.
Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 6 months from the date the product was delivered. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.. We offer a limited warranty on all clothing, wigs, bags, purses, jewelry, accessories, and electronics.
There is no "warranty" on feminine hygiene products, beauty products, serums, and peptides. These items are considered single-use items and are not designed to last beyond a single use in most cases. However, we do offer a 30 day return policy on all products as long as they are in original and unused condition. Items that are received damaged need to be reported right away and requires proof of damage submitting to our contact page. Clothing Warranty
Clothing that is faulty, may be returned for a full refund or exchange no more than 30 days from the date delivered. There is no refund or returns after 30 days of receiving the purchased product. We believe that 30 days is a reasonable opportunity to examine the item when buying it and the fault was so obvious that you should have noticed. it or if the seller informed you of the fault before you bought it. If you request a repair or replace the item within the 30-day period, then the 30-day time limit will be paused. Once this has been done, you will then have the remainder of the 30-day period or 7 days (depending on which one is longer) to check if the repair or replacement has been successful and decide whether to reject it.
