Items can be returned for a full 100% refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original and unused condition. If a product is received damaged, please take pictures of the box and the product right away before requesting a refund or replacement. Damaged items need to be addressed right away and only have a few days to report from the delivery date. 

Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 6 months from the date the product was delivered. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.. We offer a limited warranty on all clothing, wigs, bags, purses, jewelry, accessories, and electronics. 

There is no "warranty" on feminine hygiene products, beauty products, serums, and peptides. These items are considered single-use items and are not designed to last beyond a single use in most cases. However, we do offer a 30 day return policy on all products as long as they are in original and unused condition. Items that are received damaged need to be reported right away and requires proof of damage submitting to our contact page. Always check the products packaging once received and inspect your product as soon as possible.  if you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact customer service and we will do our best in order to help you. Clothing Warranty

• Limited Warranty: Covers defected parts for the first 6 months from the date of purchase. Please inspect the clothing right away after delivery for any defects and fitting. You have 30 days from the date it was delivered to return for full refund as long as the tag is still intact. when you return the item to request a repair, replacement or refund. If an item wasnt returned within the 30 day return window and has a defect in materials or workmanship that is far from repair or too costly to fix, the warranty would be void as it should of been returned. 

Clothing that is faulty, may be returned for a full refund or exchange no more than 30 days from the date delivered. There is no refund or returns after 30 days of receiving the purchased product. We believe that 30 days is a reasonable opportunity to examine the item when buying it and the fault was so obvious that you should have noticed. it or if the seller informed you of the fault before you bought it. If you request a repair or replace the item within the 30-day period, then the 30-day time limit will be paused. Once this has been done, you will then have the remainder of the 30-day period or 7 days (depending on which one is longer) to check if the repair or replacement has been successful and decide whether to reject it. 

Clothing's return policy allows customers to exchange or receive a full refund for merchandise within 30 days of purchase or date of delivery. To receive a full refund, the following conditions must be met: 

• The original sales receipt is present or can be found in the customer profile
• The delivery date is within 30 days of the return request
• The price tag is attached to the item
• The item is in sellable condition, meaning it hasn't been washed or worn
• Panties and underwear are not eligible for return

Refunds are issued to the original payment method immediately after the item is returned and recieved However, it may take 5–7 business days for the bank to process the return.
